The Federal Land Tower is a 66-storey and 250 meters high skyscraper under construction, located in the Fort Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, It will be the tallest building in the Fort Bonifacio Global City and one of the tallest buildings in the Philippines when completed.
The 20-billion (PHP) tower is estimated to start construction by late 2008, by Federal Land, Inc. (led by its president Alfred Ty), on a 27-hectare North Bonifacio district lot (jointly owned by the Metrobank Group of Companies and the Bases Conversion Development Authority, BCDA).[1]
The first 25 floors of the skyscraper will be occupied by the Grand Hyatt Hotel (500 to 600 rooms), while the rest, by residential and commercial units.[2].
